Uganda faces shs1.27 trillion loss over us aid suspension
Uganda could lose over 350 million US dollars in HIV/AIDS response funding if the recent US executive order halting foreign aid remains in effect. According to the Uganda AIDS Commission, the funding supports vital medical supplies and commodities, and its loss could severely impact Uganda’s fight against HIV/AIDS.
