Father seeks justice after surgery leaves son in worse condition in Hoima city
A father in Hoima City is seeking justice after a surgery, intended to improve his son’s mobility, left him in a worse condition. Swaibu Kaggawa enrolled his son in a free surgical camp, but instead of helping, the procedure left the boy unable to walk, eat, or speak properly.
