UPDF, RDF begin talks to strengthen border security
UPDF officers are engaging their Rwanda Defence Forces counterparts to strengthen cooperation and address security challenges along the shared border. The three-day engagement is taking place at the Las Vegas Hotel in Mbarara City and focuses on establishing effective mechanisms to combat cross-border crime. Major Kiconco Tabaro, the 2nd Division Public Relations Officer, confirmed that discussions started on Friday.
