Young single mothers find strength and purpose in Emyooga
In Mbale, a group of young single mothers, once overwhelmed by isolation and hopelessness, have found renewed strength and purpose. These young women have faced incredible adversity, from unexpected pregnancies and societal rejection to financial hardships and the daunting task of single motherhood. Their hope was reignited by the Northern Division Constituency Produce Dealers Emyooga Sacco, which provided skills training and loans, giving them a fresh start.
