Youths welcome President Museveni's Anti-Corruption efforts
Following the Liberation Day celebrations, youths under the African Youth Congress have welcomed President Museveni's continued efforts to fight corruption. According to them, the president’s move to deal with corrupt officials and ensure that resources meant for youth initiatives are safeguarded will eventually lead to development among the youth. This move comes on the back of reports that the president had called for the re-arrest of officials implicated in stealing funds meant for the Parish Development Model.
