Futsal Uganda launches Junior League
The Futsal Association of Uganda is set to introduce a junior league to promote the sport at the grassroots level. With this initiative, all league clubs have been tasked with grooming players under the ages of 17 and 15. The Association believes that by establishing junior leagues, they are aligning with Fufa's master plan for grassroots football and futsal. The federation also approved a budget of about 100 million for the next financial year. This was revealed yesterday during their Annual General Assembly held at Kennadia Hotel in Kampala.
