Parliament commits to pay fees for two Motocross riders
Parliament has committed to pay school fees for two national motocross team riders, including Helena Birungi and Ramathan Mubiru, in recognition of the Motocross Cranes’ performance at the Motocross for African Nations held in Morocco earlier this month. Uganda finished second, behind winners South Africa. Birungi, aged 8, and Mubiru, aged 12, will be sponsored by the Parliament of Uganda to attend Senior Six.
