Activists warn of possible violence ahead of 2026 elections
Civil society organizations have sounded a warning of possible human rights violations in the lead-up to the 2026 general elections. They accuse the government of complacency in addressing human rights concerns, which they say could have serious consequences for the country if not addressed.
