Kyagulanyi resumes campaign in Bunyoro amid strong support

After a two-day break, National Unity Platform (NUP) presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi has resumed his campaign, taking his message to the Bunyoro sub-region. He promised to end rampant land grabbing and ensure locals benefit from the region’s oil resources. Despite calls by Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja for residents to shun NUP events, supporters turned out in large numbers at rallies in both Kibaale and Kagadi districts.
