African countries grapple with vaccine hesitancy (AFP Report)
Uganda is just one of Several African countries that has rolled out a Covid-19 vaccination programme. This is part of Africa-wide plans to inoculate a fifth of its one billion people against the coronavirus this year. However, in some countries the vaccination exercise has been beset by challenges. Countries like Senegal and Malawi, struggle to find people to immunise amid scepticism over the seriousness of Covid-19 and mistrust in the jabs. We have more in this report from AFPTV.
