2024 PLE Results: special needs learners struggle academically
A day after the Uganda National Examinations Board unveiled the 2024 Primary Leaving Exam results, there is continuing concern about the performance of learners with special needs, who did not register a single Division 1. A section of special needs headteachers are asking the government to review their curriculum to enable these learners also compete favorably during the national examination.
