EALA Speaker adjourns house as Ministers are a no-show
The East African Legislative Assembly did not sit today following the absence of ministers responsible for East African Community affairs. The plan was for the members to debate the 112 million US dollars East African Community budget that was only presented on Tuesday.Uganda's representative Rose Akol Okullo pointed out that the members would be speaking to themselves if they went ahead to debate the budget.
