Environmental degradation getting in the way of water reserves
Callist Tindimugaya commissioner in the Ministry of Water and Environment expressed concern, over increased Environmental degradation, which has taken root in Kigezi Region. Tindimugaya said this during the Stakeholders forum launch for Maziba Catchment Management plan that took place at Kachwekano Zonal Research and Development institute (KAZARDI), Rubanda District intended to increase the resilience of communities to the risk of floods and landslides in Maziba Catchment area.
