n the last few weeks, reports have been swirling in mainstream and online media, involving Uganda’s oldest law firm and an-ex associate. The episode started in December last year as a bitter fallout and morphed into the media frenzy but has since opened a murky window into the law firm’s operations drawing the interest of anti-graft watchdog organisations including the State House Anti-Corruption Unit which early last month arrested officials at Makerere University.
