Onek: Life is getting harder in refugee settlements
The recent cut in food aid to Uganda by the World Food Programme has greatly affected the livelihood of refugees in the country, forcing some of them to start engaging in crime. Hillary Onek, the minister for Relief and Disaster Preparedness says other refugees have left Uganda in search of better opportunities in European countries.
