The family of Amos Rwangomani, an NRM party mobilizer in Mbarara City, is distressed following his reported abduction by individuals believed to be security operatives.

Rwangomani was allegedly picked up on August 14th while at Mulago Business Centre with friends and has since remained incommunicado.

Despite filing an application on September 5th, 2025, against the Commander of the Special Forces Command and the Attorney General over his disappearance, the family says they have received no information about his whereabouts.
