NUP intra-party patches rising from party cards | MorningAtNTV

Last week, the NUP started the exercise of unveiling their local government candidates for the 2026 elections. This exercise, however, has created a disjointed feeling among many NUP members, with several party members who were denied cards for local government seats continuing to vow to challenge the process. Others are threatening to defy the party decision and are considering running as independent candidates, citing irregularities.
