Fight erupts over management of Bussi orphanage
Police have arrested four people in Bussi in connection to an alleged gang attack on an orphanage in an effort to evict the Bussi Sub-county chairperson, Charles Mukalazi, who they accused of child abuse. This incident follows a long standing controversy regarding the administration of Hope for Island Children, a non-governmental organization operating in the area.
