Speaker asks Africans to uphold their cultural values
Speaker of Parliament Anita Among has asked African nations to resist what she termed as intimidation by Western nations that are seeking to undermine African cultural values. This was contained in her message to the second African Inter-Parliamentary Conference on Family Values & Sovereignty in Entebbe. The state minister for general duties Justine Lumumba represented her.
