Bishop-Elect Rev. Can. Jacob Ateirweho discusses readiness to lead Bunyoro Kitara Diocese
All is set for the consecration of Rev. Can. Jacob Ateirweho, who is set to become the sixth bishop of the Bunyoro Kitara Diocese in the Church of Uganda. He will replace Bishop Samuel Kahuma, who has been in charge of the diocese since 2016 and is now heading into retirement. Archbishop Samuel Kaziimba Mugalu will preside over the consecration and enthronement ceremonies at St. Peter's Cathedral in Hoima City. NTV's Daniel Kibet sat down with the bishop-elect to discuss his readiness to lead the forty-two-year-old Bunyoro Kitara Diocese.
