EACOP must skill local employees
Under the local content oil and gas framework for Uganda, the latest development is that the East African Crude Oil pipeline project must get skills from Uganda’s training institutes. An agreement has been reached by the project to source skilled labor and skill it further from the Oil and Gas Institute in Kigumba.
