EC de-registers candidate over irregularities
The electoral commission has de-registered a candidate in the Lango sub-region, over what they say are irregularities. According to the district Returning Officer Lira District, George William Eliao, Akello Christine appealed against the nomination of Geoffrey Omara Adigi as for NRM that during the NRM primary elections in Uganda there were irregularities.
