Gulu city to begin recycling waste to combat plastic pollution
Gulu City will start recycling waste to reduce plastic waste as it aims to preserve the environment, attract business, and promote local tourism. Patrick Oola Lumumba, the Bardege-Layibi Division Mayor, highlighted several initiatives for enhancing garbage management in Gulu City, including privatization.
