Health workers urge govt to boost Cancer treatment resources
Specialized health workers in Uganda are urging the government to provide more resources, including medicines and equipment, to treat cancer, which is becoming increasingly common. During World Cancer Day commemorations in Mbarara, doctors expressed frustration over the lack of necessary equipment and medications, which hampers their ability to effectively treat patients.
