High Court to rule on missing NUP supporters
The High Court will deliver a judgment on 29th October 2024 regarding 19 missing NUP supporters who were detained between 2019 and 2020. This follows a writ of Habeas Corpus filed to compel the government to produce them in court. Relatives of the missing 18 demand that the government produce their loved ones, whether dead or alive.
