Joel Ssenyonyi urges victims of security agents’ brutality to sue
The Leader of the Opposition in Parliament, Joel Ssenyonyi, is urging people who are brutally assaulted by security personnel behind masks to sue the Attorney General, as these individuals hide their identities to make it difficult to prosecute them individually. The Members of Parliament are also against the idea of having the Joint Anti-Terrorism Task Force implement security during elections, saying this is against the law.
