Museveni urges investment from Ugandans in Southern Africa
President Museveni has commended Ugandans living and working in Southern Africa for addressing the challenges that have hindered Africa's development. He said Uganda has all the economic potential for them to invest in and benefit from. The speech was read on his behalf by State Minister for Finance Henry Musasizi during the second convention of the Confederation of Ugandans in Pretoria, Southern Africa. The confederation unites Ugandans living in Botswana, South Africa, Zanzibar, Namibia, Eswatini, and Lesotho to celebrate their unity and discuss matters of national development.
