New veterinary lab in Mbale enhances animal healthcare
The Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, along with development partners, has established the first of two international veterinary diagnostic laboratories for domestic and wildlife animals, aiming to enhance animal healthcare. The laboratory, located in Mbale, will serve the Bugisu, Bukedi, Sebei, and Teso regions.
