Newly ordained deacons, seminarians advised on greed
The Catholic church in Uganda fears that if restrictions on places of worship continue because of COVID-19, the biggest impact will be on children and their faith. According to the Bishop of Kasana-Luweero and caretaker of Kampala Archdiocese Dr Paul Ssemogerere, the closure means that the church cannot instruct the youngsters on Christianity. Ssemogerere spoke at the ordination ceremony for 35 deacons and seminarians at Lubaga Cathedral.
