President Kagame campaigns against two in Rwanda
Election campaigns for parliamentary and presidential contestants have started in Rwanda. Incumbent Paul Kagame, who began in Northern Rwanda, is up against Frank Habineza of the opposition Green Party and Philippe Mpayimana, an independent candidate.
