Prof Muganga wants emerging tech in all universities
Victoria University Vice Chancellor Prof. Lawrence Muganga wrote an open letter to the president in the New Vision newspaper, calling for increased adoption of emerging technologies in teaching at universities in Uganda. These include Artificial Intelligence, Immersive Technology, Blockchain, Quantum Computing, and Machine Learning. We asked Dr. Muganga how this would be implemented.
