Traffic officer shot by army officer in Kampala seeks justice
Two and a half years have elapsed since Robert Mukebezi, a traffic police officer, was shot by an army officer in Kampala. His mistake was implementing a directive by his boss to tow a military vehicle that had been involved in an accident in Ntinda, Kampala, to Kira Road Police Station. Amputating Mukebezi's leg changed his life completely. He is unsure if his shooter was ever arrested but says the army has ignored him. Daniel Kibet sat down with Mukebezi.
