US envoy urges Ugandan public servants to serve community
William W. Popp, the US Ambassador to Uganda, has urged public servants to prioritize service delivery to the community. Popp noted that many public servants often concentrate on fulfilling their personal dreams while in public offices. He made these remarks during the graduation ceremony of 132 students who completed a public service course at Franklyn Institute under the American Center in Kampala.
