KCCA FC advances to Uganda Cup final after draw with Kitaka
KCCA Football Club has advanced to the finals of the Uganda Cup, where they will play rivals Vipers on May 31, 2025, at Kadiba Stadium, Lubaga. This follows the return leg with Kitaka FC, which ended in a 1-1 draw, with KCCA advancing to the final 4-1 on aggregate. Brazilian João Gabriel Esteves Cardoso put KCCA ahead in the 47th minute, silencing the home fans. Kataka's Michael Olinga brought the game level with a first-time shot off a brushed ball by Ali Sentamu in the 66th minute.
