The Electoral Commission has received 60,000 biometric voter verification machines ahead of the 2026 general elections.
EC Chairperson, Justice Simon Byabakama, was at Entebbe International Airport to receive the first batch.
According to the Commission, the machines will be used to verify voters and help curb ballot stuffing and other electoral malpractices.
