Uganda Airlines flies to UK
After a long wait, Uganda Airlines has officially launched its route to London Gatwick, the UK’s second-busiest international airport after Heathrow.
For over a decade, Ugandan travelers had to endure layovers in Dubai, Doha, Amsterdam, Cairo, and Brussels due to British Airways’ withdrawal from the Entebbe-London route. That will change on May 18, 2025, when Uganda Airlines begins direct flights, significantly reducing travel time.
