EVALUATING PUBLIC CONTRACTS: PPDA opens monitoring system to civil society
Of all government contracts, only 60% are completed on time yet even with these discrepancies may not be uncommon. The Public procurement regulator has now opened its contract monitoring system up to civil society to help with project tracking and evaluation to enhance accountability.
