NATIONAL ICT SURVEY: High cost remain a hinderance
The latest ICT survey statistics from government shows that of the formal businesses interviewed, one out of three have a website or some kind of online profile including social media. 50% had used a computing device like a laptop in the last three months. Finding also cites the persistently high cost of devices as a major obstacle to the penetration of ICT services in the country.
