ADF no longer a threat to Uganda – Gen. Muhanga
Gen. Kayanja Muhanga, the Commander of the Land Forces, says that the Allied Democratic Forces have been defeated and are no longer able to pose any threat to Uganda. Muhanga also says that the military court martial—whose power to try civilians was quashed by the Supreme Court—should be maintained. He made the remarks at an event where Maj. Gen. Richard Otto, the outgoing Commander of the Mountain Division and Operation Shujja, was handing over office to Maj. Gen. James Birungi.
