Barugahara: President is ready to free political prisoners
The Minister of Youths and Children Affairs, Balaam Barugahara, has revealed that the president is prepared to secure the release of dozens of youth imprisoned for political reasons. Barugahara stated that the president will make a conclusive decision on Monday, when the country joins the rest of the world in commemorating International Youth Day. He made these revelations while presenting a statement on the upcoming International Youth Day, which will be held in Soroti District on Monday.
