Over 300 compete in Junior Chess Championship
Over 300 participants are taking part in this year's Junior Chess Championship at the Nobe View Hotel in Ntinda. The 8-round championship, which started on Thursday, will conclude tomorrow, with the top 6 in both the male and female categories qualifying to represent the country in the African Schools Championships in Kenya in May. They will also participate in the Africa Youth Championships in Nigeria in September.
