Jessey Nuwagaba lacks fees to join secondary school
Despite excelling in the 2024 primary leaving examination in Katakwi district, Jessey Nuwagaba’s hope of joining secondary school education has faded as his ailing mother, who is battling cancer can no longer support him financially.
