Lukwago questions how a company flouted PPDA rules
Days after the government unveiled an investor to develop a manure processing plant at Kiteezi landfill in Wakiso.
Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago has today expressed concern with the process of choosing investors for the Kiteezi landfill, saying it does not meet the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority, requirements.
However, as LYDIA FELLY AKULLU reports, Lukwago is also concerned about a report detailing an impending danger to the landfill.
