Special prayers for Sarah Mateke to be held at Parliament
The Speaker of Parliament, Anita Among, has announced that the House will hold special prayers for the late State Minister of Defence Sarah Mateke tomorrow, instead of at her home in Nsanji, Wakiso District, as previously communicated. Among's announcement reflects a sudden change in the program to avoid inconveniencing neighbors, as the space at Mateke's home is insufficient to accommodate all the visitors. Daniel Kibet reports that Archbishop Stephen Kaziimba Mugalu of the Church of Uganda will lead the prayers.
