Frank Nyakaana Rusa named acting KCCA Executive Director
The Office of the Presidency announced the appointment of Frank Nyakaana Rusa, KCCA's Director of Legal Affairs, as the Acting KCCA Executive Director, following the dismissal of Dorothy Kisaka over negligence linked to the Kiteezi landfill disaster, which claimed over 30 lives.
