How River Nyamwamba serves its community
Over the years, scores of people have been displaced and many have lost their lives when River Nyamwamba bursts its banks. The flooding has often been attributed to encroachment and destruction of vegetation on the river banks. Beyond the destruction, this river is a source of livelihood for many people in the Kasese district.
