Headteachers and health service providers in the Teso Sub-region have expressed concerns over the rising cases of ulcers and urinary tract infections (UTIs) among learners in schools. The infections are said to be common among learners from Primary Five to Senior Six. According to specialists, this is affecting the concentration and performance of the students.
