UHRC commission in Kampala speaks on unfair legal systems
The Uganda Human Rights Commission has dedicated this year's Human Rights Day to highlighting critical human rights concerns related to environmental issues. The Commission has urged enforcement agencies, such as KCCA and NEMA, to enhance public awareness and accountability, particularly in addressing noise pollution from disruptive urban establishments.
